PUBLICATION POLICIES AND ETHICS

GET INTERNATIONAL RESEARCH JOURNAL strives to provide free and unrestricted access to high-quality research in all disciplines. All our journals, therefore, are freely available with no financial, legal, or technical barriers for readers in any part of the world.

OUR OPEN ACCESS POLICY ENSURES THAT:

IMMEDIATE AVAILABILITY: All articles, as soon as they are published, are immediately and freely available to anyone with an internet connection.

COPYRIGHT AND LICENSING: Articles are published under the Creative Commons Attribution-ShareAlike 4.0 International (CC BY-SA 4.0). This allows anyone to share, reuse, and adapt the work provided appropriate credit to the original authors is given.

NO SUBSCRIPTION FEES: We don't charge subscription fees to either readers or institutions for access to our content. This ensures the widest dissemination of research.

AUTHORS' RIGHTS: The authors hold the copyright and can share and circulate their articles.

Our goal is to remove the barriers in the way of sharing and collaboration and to enable researchers, educators, practitioners, and the public at large to achieve free, unrestricted access to high-quality, peer-reviewed academic research, thereby facilitating scientific discovery and innovation worldwide.

LICENSING POLICY

GET International Research Journal is committed to fostering open access to research and encourages authors to select an appropriate Creative Commons license for their work. These licenses enable authors to retain copyright while allowing their work to be shared and used by readers under clear terms. Authors may choose the Creative Commons license that best aligns with their intentions for their work's dissemination and reuse.

Please note that while authors may select a license, the terms of Creative Commons licenses cannot be altered or restricted by additional conditions. In some cases, if a publisher's license is equivalent to a Creative Commons license, it may be accepted by GET International Research Journal.

COPYRIGHT POLICY

At GET International Research Journal, we prioritize the rights and flexibility of our authors. Authors retain the initial copyright for their papers, ensuring they have control over their work. Upon submission, authors grant GET International Research Journal the right of first publication, along with other non-exclusive publishing rights to allow for wide dissemination and accessibility of the content.

To support open access principles, authors are encouraged to select a Creative Commons license that best aligns with their vision for sharing their work, ensuring it remains accessible and usable by readers under transparent conditions.

In all cases, our copyright terms are structured to align with our open-access policy, prohibiting any limitations that restrict access to or distribution of the research. Therefore, GET International Research Journal does not accept exclusive licenses or "all rights reserved" content, nor do we endorse "fair use" as a replacement for open access.

This policy ensures that authors retain their rights while allowing GET International Research Journal to support open dissemination, advancing knowledge sharing for the global research community.

REPOSITORY POLICY

The GET International Research Journal ensures the official preservation and public availability of all published articles by depositing them directly into the Zenodo repository. Through this system, every article is assigned a permanent DOI (Digital Object Identifier) that traces directly back to the official record hosted on the Zenodo platform.

To maintain data integrity and ensure that this permanently archived version remains the sole public copy, the journal prohibits authors from depositing any version of their work into institutional repositories or other external digital platforms. This restriction applies to the initial submitted draft, the revised manuscript, and the final published PDF.

By centralizing all access points through the official DOI that routes back to Zenodo, the editorial board can accurately track citations, monitor download metrics, and protect copyright standards. Authors are kindly requested to direct readers, institutions, and colleagues to use the official Zenodo DOI link to access, download, or share the published research materials.
