The Guild of Educators for TESOL International Institute (GET International) officially welcomes the University of Caloocan City (UCC) as its newest institutional member during the Signing of Memorandum of Agreement and Awarding Ceremony held last June 9, 2026 at the UCC Conference Room.

The event highlighted the official MOA Signing between GET International and UCC and officially awarding the institutional membership certificate to the university. This event signifies the start of strengthening the two institutions’ capacity in education, research, professional development, and international collaboration.

This shared commitment aims to champion #SDG4 (Quality Education) and #SDG17 (Partnerships for the Goals), believing that through research, the two institutions can be beacons of hope and change for the Philippines and the world. This milestone is living proof that when united through its individual strengths, GET International and UCC not only uphold the promise of “basta sa Caloocan, walang batang maiiwan”— but also ensure that this collaboration truly becomes the “gateway to countless opportunities”.

Present at the event is GET International’s Board Member Ms. Madonna Guieb, President and Editor-in-Chief Dr. Leovigildo Lito Mallillin, and Research Training Director Dr. Sammy Dolba. Moreover, the University of Caloocan City was represented by its Vice President for Academic Affairs Dr. Wenald H. Lopez, RECE, Vice President for Research and Extension Services Dr. Bernadette B. Enriquez, CESE, Vice President for Quality Assurance Dr. Ramona A. Prado, and Assistant Vice President for Research Dr. Teodoro A. Macaraeg, Jr.

The GET International Institute is profoundly honored to forge a strategic partnership with Metro Manila College, advancing their enduring vision of producing globally competitive and empowered graduates for the Novaliches community through the official MOA Signing and the awarding of MMC's institutional membership certificate. By actively championing SDG 17 (Partnerships for the Goals) as the catalyst for SDG 4 (Quality Education), this landmark event signifies the start of strengthening both institutions’ capacity in education, research, professional development, and international collaboration. Through this milestone with GET International, this partnership aims to foster lifelong learning and academic innovation, serving as the ultimate “gateway to countless opportunities” for MMC's dedicated students, faculty, and staff as we build a transformative future together.
